This is an opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of vulnerable patients! Promise Healthcare is a community health center in Champaign, Illinois and we are seeking an experienced (2 years minimum) Primary Care Physician/Internal Medicine Physician (without OB) to join our team. We have clinics on Bloomington Road and Neil Street in Champaign and a school-based clinic in Urbana. Our facilities are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program. Competitive compensation with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in Illinois. Spanish/French language skills are a plus. DEA required.

• Candidate type: MD/DO
• 100% outpatient; Monday-Friday schedule
• Call is approximately 1:8 telephone only (varies with the number of providers)
• Team-based care: Medical team includes a team of physicians, NPs and PAs
